Wet Pan Mill Working Principle

Wet Pan Mill is mainly composed of power unit, frame, basin, grinding wheel, grinding disc and other components, adopting grinding wheel driven grinding working mode: the electric motor transmits the power to the speed reducer, and then the power is transmitted to the horizontal axis by the center drive shaft, and finally the roller moves in counterclockwise direction, which grinds the materials in the wet mill into fine particles. When working, the grinding wheel can rotate around the large vertical axis of the wet mill and rotate around the center axis of the wheel, while the grinding disc is fixed. The added ore material is squeezed by the weight of the grinding wheel in the mill. The huge friction generated by the rotating grinding wheel and the grinding disk repeatedly squeezes, kneads and grinds the ore. Coarse particles of minerals are deposited at the bottom of the pan and grinding continues until the fineness reaches the standard.
