Bucket Elevator Introduction

One of the most effective methods for vertically lifting bulk materials is to use a bucket elevator. A bucket elevator, also known as a straight through elevator (also known as a continuous elevator or Z-type elevator), is a continuous conveying equipment used for vertically or obliquely conveying powdery, granular, and small block materials. A bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets that are connected to belts or chains through pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the device. The bucket is located in a casing or shell and is used to hold materials. When the bucket passes through the entry point, bulk materials are loaded into each bucket. Bucket Elevator Working Principle

The bucket elevator consists of an upper section with a transmission sprocket, a lower section with a tension sprocket, a middle casing drive device, and a reverse braking device. The hopper of this elevator is intermittently arranged, and the hopper is loaded using the “picking method” and unloaded using the “centrifugal feeding method”. This hoist is suitable for conveying non abrasive materials in powder, material, and small pieces. Due to the traction mechanism of the hoist being a circular chain, it allows for the transportation of materials with higher temperatures. Bucket elevators are generally equipped with a casing to prevent dust from flying in the bucket elevator. Bucket elevator: suitable for lifting from low to high, the supply material is fed into the hopper through the vibration table, and the machine automatically runs continuously to transport upwards.
