The Ceramic Pellet Rotary Kiln is a specialized calcining equipment for the production of high performance ceramic pellets.   1. The pottery rotary kiln consists of rotary kiln body, supporting device, kiln head and kiln tail sealing device, pulverized coal injection pipe device and so on.

The raw material enters the rotating cylinder with inclined arrangement (usually 2-5°) from the kiln tail, and the material moves to the kiln head under the effect of gravity, and then undergoes the three key temperature zones of preheating, calcining and high temperature to complete the densification or expansion reaction, and then forms ceramic particles with specific pore structure.
