Jaw Crusher Introduction

Compared with PE jaw crusher, CJ series jaw crusher has smaller footprint, larger crushing ratio and more stable operation. Adopting deep V cavity crushing, there is no dead zone during crushing, and the feeding and crushing efficiency are improved.

Jaw Crusher Working Principle

The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the eccentric shaft makes the movable jaw move up and down, when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or split, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw is going down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate, under the action of the tie rod and the spring, leaves the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the bottom of crushing chamber at this time. The crushed material will be discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the crushing motor jaws make cyclic movement to crush and discharge the materials to achieve mass production.
